How much does your service cost?
Each request is quoted individually. Your quote includes the price of the item, our service fee, shipping and insurance, so you know the total before deciding. Requesting a quote is free and without obligation.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some products (for example spirits, perfume or certain foods) are subject to carrier rules and import regulations in your country; we check this before sending you a quote.
How do I know the products are authentic?
We buy from official brand stores, authorised retailers or sellers that you have approved. We keep the original invoice, packaging and documents (warranty cards, certificates) and ship them with your item.
Do I have to pay German VAT?
For goods exported outside the European Union, German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) may not be due or may be refundable, depending on the seller and the item. For deliveries within the EU, German VAT is normally included in the price. We tell you in your quote which option applies.
